Which formats do I get?
Every ad is delivered in 9:16 (Reels, Stories, TikTok, Shorts), 4:5 (feed) and 16:9 (YouTube in-stream and landscape placements), as MP4 files ready to upload. Hook variants come as separate files, so you can test them side by side.
How do revisions work?
Each ad includes 3 revision rounds, on every plan. You leave written notes on the cut, ideally with the second they refer to, and we apply them all in one pass. If you need more rounds, we quote them before starting.
What about the music license?
We use royalty-free tracks licensed for commercial use in paid ads, and the license is included in the price. You can run your ads on any platform with no extra fees. If you already have a track you own the rights to, we'll sync the ad to it.
What do you need from me?
A completed brief (what your product does, who it's for, the goal of the ad and the key message), plus your logo (SVG or PNG), brand colors and fonts, and screenshots or screen recordings of your product. Reference ads you like are a bonus.
How long does it take?
Counting from your complete brief, the first cut arrives in 72 hours on Single Ad and Ad Pack, and in 48 hours on Growth. A Single Ad is fully delivered in 5 days. On Ad Pack, each ad is delivered in 3–4 days.
How do I pay?
Single Ad is paid 50% upfront to get started and 50% on delivery. Ad Pack and Growth are paid upfront at the start of each monthly cycle. You receive an invoice for every payment, payable by card via Stripe or by bank transfer.
Why no calls? Isn't that a drawback?
It's the point. Fewer meetings: no discovery call, no review calls, nothing to fit into your week or across time zones. Everything in writing: your brief, the script and every note stay documented, so nothing gets lost or misremembered.
